CAP is the brewery that stands up where the
industry is falling and the loyal craft beer drinkers are standing alone, disappointed!!

We are not a micro-brewery. We are the small brewery with the big heart.

We are just some humble friends brewing with a big heart and great raw materials; focusing on the craftsmanship and a nice warm feeling.

We also need to focus on the environment and sustainability. Not only because it sells, because we need to. For our kids and dogs. And everything else would be stupid.
