Dan Gooderham - Adnams

Adnams established in 1872, Adnams is best-known as a brewer of beer. Whilst beer and pubs remain at the heart of our business, we also own and run hotels, make our own hand-crafted spirits and operate nearly a dozen Adnams Cellar & Kitchen Stores as well as an online store. From working with local farmers and producers who supply our brewery and hotels, through to partnering with a local business to install an anaerobic digestion plant to turn brewery and food waste into biogas, we believe that doing the right thing makes great business sense

Dan Gooderham, Brewer Dan grew up around a brewpub called the Green Dragon in Bungay which inspired him to study for a BSc in Brewing & Distilling at Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. He worked for a year at Fullers in Chiswick as a Quality Technician before going back to University to complete his Honours. Dan joined Adnams in early 2011 and his role pretty much covers most aspects of brewing
