Mosgaard Whisky

Master distiller and founder Jes Mosgaard will tell about his history and vision. Mosgaard Whisky has in a few years have established the distillery in the Whisky market with several international recognitions. Most important is probably the "Liquid Gold Award" in the Whisky Bible 2019 where Jim Murray was extremely exited about the "New Spirit” which is the DNA of the distillery. Jes Mosgaard will tell about the production of organic Whisky, the methods and special equipment which leads to the selected taste profile - sweetness, softness and floral notes. The Master class includes tasting of the New spirit, two released single malts and an upcoming peated whisky which will be released in autumn 2019.
