Flying Brewery is situated in Siljansnas in Dalarna, Sweden.
The company was established in 2010 by Austrian Johann Graf and Swedish Joakim Hanson. Johann and Joakim met through their shared love of hot air ballooning, a business in which they have been working together since 1991. The brewery is located on an Airpark, where aircraft enthusiasts share a neighborhood and fly their aeroplanes.

Flying Brewery is also importing Sake from Japan.
From Ninki Brewery, we have several different types of sake including sparkling sake for you to taste.
