The distillery, established 2008, is the third Pot Still distillery ever built in Sweden, and as you know third is a charm. The range in the distillery portfolio covers all from Organic Gin to Vodka, Aqua Vitea, Apple Brandy & Rhum varieties. Varsity besides the heart and soul of the distillery is the production of Single Malt Whiskies, smooth non-peated as well as smoky varieties. The distillery also holds its own hotel, bar and restaurant, givning you the possibility of vistning and understanding the heritage of the products. To create this product with the most enticing charcter possible, thebest grains are carefully selected from a few chosen certified farmers. The ingredients are distilled in the unique smal copper stills at Spirit of Hven distillery. Everything including the hand bottling is made on site.
