BREWERS ASSOCIATION BRINGS A-GAME TO NEW STOCKHOLM BEER & WHISKY FESTIVAL – BY THE SEA
The Brewers Association (BA), the not-for-profit trade association representing small and independent American craft brewers, will be showcasing an exciting range of approximately 50 innovative and high-quality American craft beers at the new Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival – By the Sea, 8-9 September, 2023.
Representing 16 different American craft breweries, the Brewers Association is proud to participate in the Festival for the 19th time and will be pouring a diverse and creative range of show-stopping American craft beers including easy-drinking light and crisp styles, wheat beers, a wide selection of hoppy and bitter beers, wild or sour beers in many iterations, dark or roasted beers like stouts and porters and an audacious choice of big and experimental beers.
Many of the breweries featured are completely new to the Swedish market others are long-standing favourites. Many of the beers available are award-winning classic examples of their style while others offer unique and innovative twists on traditional Belgian, British or German brewing styles.

Innovation, creativity and a strict adherence to quality are the hallmarks of small and independent American craft brewers while new flavours, ingredients and techniques push the boundaries of brewing creativity and demonstrate the global reputation of American’s craft brewing industry.
Lotte Peplow, Brewers Association American Craft Beer Ambassador for Europe, comments: “We’re excited to be part of the new-look Festival and can’t wait to welcome beer lovers to our new and enhanced booth showcasing a wide selection of outstanding American craft beers. Whether you’re attending for the first time or a regular Festival fan we have a beer line-up that will suit every palate and every preference. Sweden is an important market for American craft beer outside the US and represents the second largest export market in Europe. Many of the beers available at our booth have never been poured in Sweden before and the only place to sample them is at the Festival!”
The Brewers Association will be hosting three American craft beer tastings at the Festival featuring six high quality, innovative and diverse American craft beers. Timings are as follows and tickets are available at the Brewers Association booth:

2pm Saturday 9 September
6pm Saturday 9 September
American craft beer is widely available throughout Sweden in Systembolaget or selected on-trade outlets.
