Flying Brewery is the new Swedish brewery based in Siljan Airpark in Siljansnäs, Dalarna where aviation enthusiasts enjoy flying and spending time with friends.According to the motto "Beer Brewed To Aircraft Standards”, Flying Brewery has created a new beer for all pilots, navigators, hobby-aeronauts and also for all fans of cooling amber nectar.

April 2013, we have started selling our beer through Systembolaget, restaurants and bars in Sweden.
Lemon Radler and Cranberry Radler has been people's favourite this summer along with Drydecker Lager and Aviator Ale.

Our brewery equipment is made of the Austrian company Signworks and is an automated compact mini brewery system with a capacity of 350 litres. The target group is among major restaurants and catering companies who wants to produce their own beer.
