Andy is one of the two brothers who created Broker’s Gin in the late 1990s. He now travels the world as brand ambassador and gin educator.

Andy will describe how gin is made  -  the selection of the base spirit, the selection of botanicals, and the process used to transfer the flavour of the botanicals into the spirit. He will have five different gins available for nosing and tasting, to demonstrate how varied the products can be in this exciting spirits category.
