KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur was released on Friday, August 10th in Illinois and New York, and has since been rolling out out nationally and internationally.

KOVAL Spritz
1.5 oz KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur
3.5 oz sparkling wine
Splash of soda
Garnish: rosemary sprig & lemon twist
Glass: wine glass
Add all ingredients to a wine glass with lots of ice. Serve garnished with a sprig of rosemary and twist of lemon.

1.5 oz KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur .5 oz Cointreau

Lime juice to taste
Garnish: lemon twist
Glass: martini glass

KOVAL makes our Dry Gin in the American aromatic style, lending itself to unique Gin & Tonics that feature more citrus-floral notes than the typical London Dry Gin.
KOVAL Barreled Gin​ is our Dry Gin base that has been aged for 6-9 months in a barrel that had previously aged our Rye whiskey. The result is a spirit that pleases both gin and whiskey fans. The KOVAL Barreled Gin takes on more depth from the aging process. The citrus notes turn into caramelized orange zest and more obvious floral sweetness. Thus, KOVAL’s Barreled Gin can replace whiskey for a lighter, summertime Old Fashioned, while lending complexity to classic gin cocktails, such as the Negroni.

Organic and Sustainable
All of our products are made from grain to bottle in Chicago. KOVAL controls its entire supply chain from the contracting of local cooperative of Midwestern organic farmers to its new American oak barrels from the forests of Minnesota and use of charcoal purified Lake Michigan water.
